The Coal Compensation Board was a NSW Government organisation established in 1985 under the provisions of the Coal Acquisition (Compensation) Arrangements Act 1985 to administer legislation providing for compensation to former owners of private coal compulsorily acquired by the Crown.

The Board finalised its operations and was closed on 31 December 2007.
